Employee assist individual sessions
Support is available for individual sessions through our regular EAP offering with Converge.
Book an appointment via the Online booking form and either log-in using existing sign-in details OR sign up by entering the organisation code QGQVNYY and clicking CHECK and then SIGN-UP. Your booking will be triaged, and support provided:
- immediately for very urgent matters (crisis counselling)
- via a booked appointment for all other matters.
For line managers

Manager assist individual sessions
Manager assist is a confidential coaching and advisory services for line managers offering support and advice for all aspects of leading people. Counsellors have specialist skills in change management and will provide coaching for managers who are supporting people transitioning through change.
Managers are entitled to 6 sessions per year (these are in addition to the 6 session entitlement for regular EAP counselling).
- Phone 1300 OUR EAP (1300 687 327) and ask for the Manager Assist Service
- Book an appointment via the Online booking form and either log-in using existing sign-in details OR sign up by entering the organisation code QGQVNYY and clicking CHECK and then SIGN-UP. On the book appointment page, under service, choose Manager Assist.
