Darling Downs Health recently held its Our People Awards, an evening recognising the staff, teams and volunteers who care for patients and communities across the region.

The event brought together finalists, their colleagues and special guests to celebrate achievements that make a real difference for patients, families and the communities Darling Downs Health serves.

Every nomination began with a colleague or team member who saw someone doing something special and took the time to say so. That culture of recognition is a big part of what makes Darling Downs Health a great place to work and receive care.
